3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) pesobets account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pesobets reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your pesobets account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pesobets login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pesobets will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your pesobets account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pesobets customer support immediately. pesobets may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
3.5 KYC Verification. pesobets is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by pesobets for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pesobets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. pesobets does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes. Any attempt to fund a pesobets account using a prohibited payment method will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pesobets is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. pesobets aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes during standard service hours (8 AM to 12 MN PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. pesobets reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pesobets reserves the right to require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: pesobets is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities. pesobets reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any transaction that triggers its AML monitoring systems.
5.1 pesobets may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your pesobets account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new pesobets players only, limited to one (1) per verified account, household, IP address, and payment method. pesobets reserves the right to withdraw any bonus credited in error or obtained through abuse of the bonus system.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. pesobets reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.5 pesobets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have opted into the promotion.
6.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the pesobets Platform:
6.2 Any breach of this Section 6 may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your pesobets account, forfeiture of any account balance, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
7.1 All content on the pesobets Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of pesobets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pesobets Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 8.2 pesobets does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pesobets will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond pesobets's reasonable control.
8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pesobets's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pesobets account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 pesobets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pesobets has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.1 Suspension by pesobets. pesobets reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pesobets reasonably suspects that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
10.2 Termination by pesobets. pesobets may permanently close your account if: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) you have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6; or (d) pesobets is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
10.3 Closure by Player. You may close your pesobets account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 12 — shall continue to apply after termination.

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pesobets Platform shall first be referred to pesobets customer support for informal resolution. pesobets will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
12.4 Nothing in this Section 12 shall prevent pesobets from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
